When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the shipping report, please check your product's box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing packaging, or the box's tape is torn, please return your box without signing any delivery documents and request a report be prepared by the courier. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be shipped to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items received if the box is damaged or the contents are claimed to be missing.
