CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION - RETURN POLICY
The following conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. At Mooncorn, we respect consumer rights and comply with all relevant legal regulations.
1. General Provisions
To place an order electronically through www.mooncorn.com.tr, you must confirm the distance selling contract through the preliminary information form.
All transactions made through our website are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Shipping fees, which are the cost of product delivery, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Ordered products are delivered to the person/institution specified by the buyer within the 14-day legal period.
Some products may be out of stock. For out-of-stock products, the consumer will be notified, and the order will be canceled or an alternative will be offered.
The delivered product must be returned complete, unused, in its original packaging, with its tags attached, and accompanied by the warranty certificate or user manual, if applicable.
2. Non-Payment of Order Price
If the buyer fails to pay the product price or the payment is canceled in the bank's records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
3. Unauthorized Credit Card Use
If the buyer's credit card is used by an unauthorized person and the price of the product is not reimbursed to the seller by the bank, the buyer is obligated to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping costs being the seller's responsibility.
4. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure Events
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events, the buyer will be notified.
The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace it with a similar product, or postpone delivery.
In case of cancellation of the order, payment:
If paid in cash, the payment will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If paid by credit card, the refund will be reported to the bank within 14 days. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refund will be reflected on your card within 2–3 weeks.
5. Buyer's Obligation to Check the Product
The buyer must check the product before receiving it.
Products with torn, damaged, or broken packaging should not be accepted; the courier company must keep a record.
The received product is considered intact and complete.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be returned unused.
6. Promotional Period Purchases
Return and cancellation processes for promotional products are handled as follows:
a. In promotional campaigns (e.g., buy 3, pay 2, discount on the second product), the return is completed if all products are returned. Incomplete returns are not refunded.
b. Even if products gifted during promotional campaigns are returned, no refund will be given for these products.
c. If a defective product is included in the promotional campaign, a one-to-one exchange will be provided.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any justification.

The costs of returning a product under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the seller.
The price of the product will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
The buyer must return the product with its original box, packaging, labels, and all accessories within 10 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.
For purchases made with a corporate invoice, returns must be made with a return invoice.
8. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products custom-made at the consumer's request
Products that are perishable or may expire quickly
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or pose a hygiene risk (e.g., swimming caps)
Digital content delivered immediately electronically
Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature
Periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines
Accommodation, transportation, and entertainment services that must be completed by a specific date
