GENERAL TERMS:
To place an order electronically through the Website, you must accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you. You cannot complete your order without accepting these documents.
Purchases made through the Website are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, as well as other applicable laws.
The shipping costs of the purchased products must be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer at the provided address within a legal period not exceeding 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. Not all products available for sale are kept in stock. Although the product lists are updated daily, some products may be out of stock at the time of ordering. In such cases, the Company will inform the consumer.
The purchased product must be returned unused, complete, in accordance with the specified order details, with its invoice, label, barcode tag, and, if applicable, warranty certificate and user manual.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If it is determined that the buyer's credit card was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and the product cost is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseen force majeure circumstances arise that prevent the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if paid in cash. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting delivery and should not accept any product/service that is dented, broken, torn, or otherwise damaged from the shipping company. If the product/service is received, it is considered to be delivered in an undamaged and intact condition. If the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must not use the product.
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING CAMPAIGNS:
The buyer must process the return of an order placed during a campaign period according to the campaign rules. a. If an order was placed as part of a promotional campaign, such as "Buy 3 Pay for 2" or "Discount on Second Product in the Cart," the return process will only be completed when all products in the order are returned to the seller. If the buyer fails to return all products, no refund will be issued until all items are returned. b. If a product received as a gift (free of charge) as part of a promotion is returned by the buyer, the seller will not issue a refund for these products. c. If the product purchased as part of a campaign is defective, the same product can be exchanged for an identical one.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the designated recipient, without providing any justification or incurring any penalties, by notifying the seller using the contact details below:

The costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller.
The seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
The buyer must return the product within 10 days from the date of the withdrawal notification, including its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. If the invoice for the returned product was issued to a company, the return must be made with the company's issued return invoice.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Contracts for goods or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the seller or provider.
Contracts for goods customized according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.
Contracts for goods that are perishable or may expire quickly.
Contracts for goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Contracts for goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated due to their nature.
Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables if their packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after delivery.
Contracts for newspapers and magazines, excluding subscription agreements.
Contracts for services related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities, if these services are scheduled for a specific date or period.
Contracts for services provided instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately.
Contracts for services where the performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal expires.
