This page explains how we send marketing emails to customers of our English-language website (mooncorn.com.tr/en) and how you can stop them at any time.

1. What you agree to

If you give your consent, we may send you emails about Mooncorn products: new collections, styling ideas, campaigns and offers. We send marketing only about our own products and we do not share your email address with other companies for their marketing.

2. How you give consent

We send marketing emails only if you actively agree, by ticking the marketing box when you create an account or by signing up through the newsletter box on our website. The box is never ticked in advance. Your consent is optional: it is not a condition of membership or of buying from us, and accepting our terms or placing an order does not count as consent.

3. Channel and frequency

We send marketing messages by email only. We do not send marketing SMS messages to customers outside Turkey. We usually send no more than two marketing emails a week.

4. How to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any of our marketing emails or by emailing [email protected]. We stop sending marketing emails within three working days of receiving your request.

5. Service messages

Messages about your account, orders, payments, deliveries, withdrawals and refunds are not marketing. We send them whether or not you have given marketing consent, and they do not contain advertising.

6. Your data

For marketing we use your email address, your name if you have given it, and a record of when and how you gave or withdrew your consent. Records of consent and withdrawal are kept for 3 years after the consent ends, as required by Turkish law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and your rights. If you are under 16, please do not sign up for marketing emails.
